If you have been around me for any time, you know I have a deep love for nutrient-dense and nourishing smoothies. First, smoothies are incredibly easy to make. Second, they can pack an incredible nutrient punch. Finally, when crafted well, they taste incredible. This vanilla berry smoothie is a great meal add-on or any time-of-the-day snack option. Additionally, it contains a ton of protein and fat from Greek yogurt, raw milk, and some energizing carbohydrates from berries and raw honey.
I believe that any form of food should be beautiful, with vibrant colors, and delicious on the tastebuds. An essential part of healthy living is enjoying all the foods you eat for nourishment. This vanilla berry smoothie does not disappoint. It is so filling, satisfying, and the color is simply gorgeous. Bonus points for coming entirely from the fruit.
We drink smoothies almost daily in our house, which are super fun and delicious.

Vanilla Berry Smoothie
A deliciously satisfying smoothie that almost tastes just like a classic milkshake.
- ¾ cup raw milk
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 tsp bee pollen
- ½ tsp reishi powder {optional}
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen raspberries

Combine all the ingredients in a high-power blender, and blend until completely smooth.
